For any of you who are considering hiring someone to help you with your wedding or other special celebration, you really should consider T-Leaf Events. My husband and I did not initially consider getting someone to help with our wedding but we are so very glad we changed our minds. We had a clear vision of what we wanted our wedding celebration to be and one thing was definite, we didn’t want to recruit family and friends to help and we wanted to focus on each other on our special day. From the moment we met Jennie and Stephanie, we knew we made the right choice and any apprehension vanished. They thought of everything and put such personal detail into the planning we didn’t have to worry about a thing. From ideas on the rehearsal dinner locale to finding the perfect hotel for out of town guests, to making favor bags special for kids, to putting together beautiful floral arrangements, to decorations, they were wonderful. On our wedding day they put it all together and kept everyone focused and calm. When faced with challenges such as a non communicative florist who wouldn’t return phone calls, shortage of linens for the tables, transitioning the room from ceremony to reception, they worked tirelessly! They even had a bag of tricks for those little emergencies that come up like needing a safety pin for a dress and having something to decorate the windows on our truck! Jennie and Stephanie made our wedding day shine! We could not have done it without them. They handled any problems without us knowing, which meant they kept worry away from us and that is worth a million!!!! They are truly talented, have a great eye for detail and both are a delight to work with. We will not hesitate to use them again for those special events in our lives.

If you are considering planning your wedding alone, think again!  There were so many details we didn’t even think of.  T-Leaf was so on top of things and made sure everything was organized and looking the way we wanted it to.  They did an amazing job taking care of our guests and us the day of the wedding.  They handled vendor concerns with professionalism and a firm hand.  We were never aware of issues with the vendors, they took care of everything.   We never dreamed our day would have turned out so perfectly.  Our guests have told us that it was the most romantic and special wedding they had ever attended.  We owe much of that to Jennie and Stephanie.  We could not have asked for a better wedding day.  We would recommend their services to any of our friends and family.  They really went above and beyond!  Thanks again!

Dear Jennie & Stephanie,

First and foremost... Meeting you two was the second single most important thing of our wedding day!  The first of course being Brandon and my union!  In all seriousness, it would never have happened without the two of you and your creative minds.  We knew right away we needed your deluxe package as we'd never have survived without you!

When we decided to get married in my parent's backyard, I was nervous to say the least, seeing as it was a completely blank slate.  Soon I rested easily knowing that you two had the creative eyes that would make it a haven for our beautiful wedding.  Indeed, it turned out to be the most beautiful backyard wedding!  Also you took the weight off of my shoulders by virtually taking care of almost everything with the vendors even when times proved difficult to deal.

It amazed Brandon and I the details that you enlightened us about!  Great cost effective ways to create a dream wedding on a budget!  Also, you took matters into your own hands in designing and producing our programs, remembrance pieces, called to confirm guest attendance and went out of your way at all opportunities possible.  I was always asking a seemingly silly question and asking your advice about what you thought I should do. Your response was always "It is all up to you, this is your wedding!" or something to that effect.  That response is not common among your family and friends when you're planning your wedding so it was really nice to have that answer come from someone!

A couple of things I remember about you two "The Girls" (the nickname we lovingly gave you) that really stick out to me are here: 

Jennie, you were constantly emailing me reminding me of things I needed to get done with a never ending "To Do" list that always consisted of a "T-Leaf To Do" and a "Chelsi and Brandon To Do!"  I can tell you that our list was NEVER half as long as yours! You also created a budget for us and periodically would email me the budget as a reminder of our financial positions.  You also drove two hours out of your way to pick up rentals needed for our wedding the day of the rehearsal and stood up for Brandon and I when contracts were not followed.  Your integrity was evident and that is so important in your business! 

Stephanie was the mind behind the creative aspects of our wedding.  Since we were working with a blank canvas, she came up with wonderful ideas to bring light into the area and to add a wonderful ambiance.  You used sea shells from the beach and Dahlias that were given to us to create gorgeous centerpieces that I will never forget. I could not believe how gorgeous they turned out! 

Of course I cannot list EVERYTHING you two did for us or this letter would be several pages long.  I just want to make it clear that we appreciate everything that you did for us and would recommend you in a heartbeat to anyone who is thinking of needing an event planner.  You two are over the top and made Brandon and my day so very special.

Dear Jennie and Stephanie..

I just want to say Thank You so much for making our wedding at the Gibson House Event Center in Centralia a wonderful, memory filled day. I could not have asked for two better people to make the final details of our wedding day more special. You helped out in more ways then I ever dreamed of and had idea’s I would have never thought of.

When I got engaged I thought, I could do this all by myself and the more our wedding party grew and the more details that goes into a wedding ,the more I decided I need help.

We had almost 30 adults and kids to get down the isle in some sort of a fashionably manner, 250 chair bows to tie and 100+ candles to light and without your help it would have been a disaster.  You had the timing down perfect, from us walking down the isle too the cake cutting. Everything went perfect, and there is nothing I would have changed about our day. The nicest touch was you taking all our gifts to our house and had them so nicely arranged in our living room. It made it so much fun too come home too the next day and open the gifts with family.

My mom said she was so pleased that she did not have to lift a figure but show up at the times requested and enjoy her daughters wedding, with that said it was worth every penny and has requested my sister that is getting married in July too use T Leaf as well.

Thank you again for such a wonderful memory Bill and I will have to cherish forever.
